While Merax is a low cost luggage brand, it is not also a bad quality, but you can’t rely on it for business trips or when flying frequently, it is better to use it if you are not traveling more than 4 or 5 times per year.
Their durability is good enough but not for someone who travels for a living, even though some passengers claim that their luggage sets last for long times, and that was unexpected.

Quality
Most of the Merax hard-sided suitcases are made from the ABS lightweight materials; The ABS material is cheaper than some materials like Polycarbonate, and it is often heavier but does not last as long.
The good thing about the ABS is that it is lightweight, impact resistance and water resistant.

The ABS products are easy to break under pressure, and obviously it is not something a frequent traveler can rely on. However; some travelers claim that their sets last for more than 12 different vacations.

Merax do not focus more on soft-sided suitcases, but they still have a few sets which are made with the affordable Oxford fabric that is lightweight, water and stain resistant and can stay in shape for a long time compared to other fabrics.

Most of the Merax suitcases come with four spinner wheels, a telescopic top handle and a side handle on the checked suitcases.

However Merax do not put too much effort in their design but still their suitcases look clean, chic and pretty cool, they come with a variety of different colors, some suitcases can have almost 6 to 7 colors.
The design is a bit different than some other brands and seems to develop certain “looks and shapes” and then build around those looks.
The suitcases are good looking considering the prices, and I personally prefer the 20 inch blue carry on.

Warranty
I really can’t find anything about Merax luggage Warranty online, they don’t have warranty terms on their website or on Amazon.
Some websites mentioned that they offer 1 year warranty that covers only manufacturing defects, but I don’t think they have a warranty that you can rely on as long as they do not disclose it on their website.
When your suitcase breaks the only way to get the product warranty is to send them an email through the support email.
Prices
One of the good things about Merax products is that they are priced pretty reasonably and they really have some affordable luggage sets, just like Showkoo and It Luggage.
Merax luggage sets of 3 can cost between $100 and $200 , however the prices may change overtime or you can find more or less in other places but this is mostly the range.
And obviously their prices are low because the suitcases are good but pretty simple, they do not include any extra features or something that people are ready to pay more for.

Merax luggage is super lightweight, almost like It Luggage that has some of the lightweight luggage in the market.

Merax products have a good consumer response on different retailers especially on Amazon. And most of the luggage sets received above 4.5 stars which is significantly a positive sign.
But just like any other luggage brand, some people admire the products while others will complain about what the receive, but most customers stated that they are happy with their Merax suitcases.
Some people even stated that their suitcases last for more than 6 years.
