Does Cebu Pacific have free baggage allowance?
Yes, the airline allows for any passenger to carry with them on board one item free of charge.
A purse, jacket, umbrella, diaper bag, and assistive devices (wheelchairs, walkers, crutches, strollers, child restraint seats, etc.) do not count towards your carry-on allowance.

Can I bring 2 carry-on baggage Cebu Pacific?
Cebu Pacific passengers are only allowed to carry with them one item as carry on baggage on board with the maximum weight of 7 kilos and should not exceed this dimensions 56 cm x 36 cm x 23 cm, this includes all the wheeled cabin bags backpacks, the hand luggage must fit inside the overhead bin.
In addition to the one item, passengers are also allowed to carry with them one small bag that will fit under the seat with this dimensions 35cm x 20cm x 20cm This includes handbags, purses, and laptop bags.
