Delayed and damaged baggage allowance

Damaged baggage & items

What to do: if your you are certain that your baggage is (broken, torn,or damaged etc) upon your arrival at the destination airport, you need to declare it to the AEGEAN lost and found office, before you leaving the arrivals hall.

  • The damaged baggage
  • The baggage tag
  • Your Identification Card or Passport
  • Your boarding pass

if you are not ascertained about your baggage immediately please contact customer relations within seven days upon your arrival at the destination airport and report your damaged baggage, having the following documents:

  • The bag’s payment receipt
  • The baggage tag

Most international airlines are slightly strict with their luggage allowance.

So it is hard to say that if you show up to the airport with a large carry on bag that exceeds Aegean carry on size will make it on board the airplane.

So ensure that you take a small suitcase and take only what you will need during your trip.

We hope this helps

Happy travels
