Checked Baggage

You won’t have any issues packing tobacco in checked baggage.

In fact the best way to travel with tobacco is inside your checked bag.

Unless you are traveling with some type of expensive tobacco it is okay to place tobacco in hold luggage, expensive and valuable items are at risk to be damaged or even missed in the airplane cargo.

Just to know if the TSA searched your checked bag they will place a notice.

So if it happens that your tobacco or any other item is missing and you don’t find any notice do not leave the airport until you report it to your airline.
