Cabin Baggage

All Bangkok Airways Guests are allowed to carry One item as cabin baggage; except infant without seat.

Checked Baggage

  • Economy Class : Maximum weight allowances is 20 kilograms for adult and child / 10 kilograms for infant.
  • Blue Ribbon Class (Business Class) : Maximum weight allowance is 40 kilograms for adult and child / 10 kilograms for infant.

Extra Baggage

Prepaid Baggage :

Guests who want to purchase additional baggage allowance, they can pay baggage with lower price through call center, Bangkok Airways ticketing office, www.bangkokair.com or at the Managing My Booking Bangkok Airways website, and ticketing agent.

please not that additional baggage must be purchased at least four (4) hours before the take off.

Special Items

Bicycles

ATR: 20 x 39 x 20 in (50 x 100 x 50 cm)

Airbus A319/320: 57 x 63 x 43 in (145 x 160 x 110 cm)

Golf Set

1 set allowed per passenger

If weight of your sport item is not included in the standard checked baggage allowance, for the first 15 kg, the fee equals the applicable fee for 6 kg of excess baggage charge, any weight more than 15 kg is normal excess baggage.

Other Sporting Equipment

Same fee will apply as standard Bangkok checked baggage. Surfboards are not allowed on the AT7, and a maximum of 3 boards are allowed on the A319/320. One board shall not exceed 109 in (277 cm).

Scuba Equipment

Scuba Equipment will be charged the same fees as standard checked baggage. You can carry an empty scuba tank, scuba regulator, tank harness, tank pressure gauge, mask, knife, unloaded spear gun, and a safety vest.
