What is Carry on weight and size restrictions?

Carry-on items may not weigh more than 8 kg or be larger than 55 x 40 x 23 cm. You may not bring items listed on the prohibited items list. For safety reasons, you are not allowed to bring weapons, stunning devices, sharp objects or containers of more than 100 ml of liquid.

  • Carry-on, maximum weight 8 kg.
  • Maximum size of any piece of carry-on bag: 55 cm x 40 cm x 23 cm (length x width x depth).

Is SAS strict with hand luggage?
