Air Tahiti Nui Are bit strict about its carry on baggage allowance, the airline limits its carry on baggage / cabin baggage weight and size from the following:

Moana Economy or Moana Premium

1 piece of 22 lbs / 10 Kg + 1 personal item* of 7 lbs / 3 Kg

Adult and Child seated
in Poerava Business

1 piece of 26.5 lbs / 12 Kg + 1 personal item* of 7 lbs / 3 Kg

Infant (0-23 months old)
in any class of travel

1 personal item* of 7 lbs / 3 Kg

Carry on Maximum Dimensions / size

Air Tahiti Nui carry on size limits on 45 in / 115 cm Combined dimensions length + width + height (wheels, side pockets and handles all-inclusive)

Personal item

In addition of your carry on baggage you can carry also a personal item ( handbags, laptop bags, briefcases, small backpacks, and shoulder bags )that must fit under the seat in front of you or in the overhead compartment when seated at an exit row.

bridal dress bag (Max. weight is 5Kg and length 140 cm),

Special carry on baggage

Mobility Assistive devices

Assisstive devices ( like a cane, foldable manual wheelchairs, cruthes..) are allowed by Air Tahiti Tui in the cabin without any additional charge, and it can be stored in the above compartement.
Equipment that cannot be stowed in the cabin will be carried in hold free of charge.

Respiratory Assistive Devices

Respiratory aid devices (such as portable oxygen concentrators, ventilators, etc.) are allowed in the cabin without any additional fees in addition to your regular carry-on allowance.

Gold & Silver Club Tiare Members extra allowance

If you are a Gold or Silver Triare Member, you are allowed to have an extra bag fee free, with a maximum weight of your travel class.
Note that this baggage allowance is not featured on your ticket and its only accepted in Air Thiti Nuit flights.

Air Tahiti Nui Additional baggage/ oversize and overweight

If your baggage is more than the Air Tahiti Nui allowed baggage, piece, size or fee.

please make sure to purchase oversize, overweight or any other additiuonal baggage in advance, in the any Air Tahti Nui office, or the airline website.

However you can still pay for your excess baggae in the airport, but it is always better to pay them online.
